What we accept:
We only accept reviews from people who have tried and paid for services of the business being reviewed.
We will accept both positive and negative reviews as long as they appear to be authentic, constructive and helpful. We would like helpful, positive and funny reviews to make the reading more fun and ideally reviews should not be too long!

What we Reject:
Abusive, negative or rude comments made about the business or its staff is not acceptable and therefore reviews of this nature will be deleted permanently and will not be posted.
General ranting and venting, if you have a complaint we recommend you get in touch with the owners of the business directly.
Other reasons for rejected and un-posted reviews:
*Contain swear words.
*Contain offensive or derogatory material. This includes anything racist, sexist or homophobic.
*Are based on rumour or second-hand information (for example, an experience your partner or friend had).
*Are defamatory. This means to falsely or unjustly damage someone’s reputation. Reviewers must back up any allegations with as much detail and background information as possible for us to consider publishing it.
*Contain claims of poisoning, medical malpractice or illegal activity. We encourage reviewers who have experienced these issues to contact the relevant authorities.
